.jpg) The APECC company from Timisoara has the possibilit and the legal right to provide services in the filed of design, expertise and consulting in construction, being attested by the Professional Association for Roads and Bridges from Rumania.
The company was found in the first half of the zear 1991 by 4 associates and 6 collaborators.
The expertise and the certification of the technical documentation is done by a staff attested by the M.L.P.A.T. and the staff providing the surveying of the works is attested by the I.S.C.
The techncial equipment and the specific software, which cover the fields of design, srtucture calculation, topographical measurements, graphics, text and image editing economical documentation and legislation as also listing in different formats, belonging to APECC are updated in such manner as to shorten the design processes and to lead to maximum accuracy and efficency. Together we have attended several conferences in our country and abroad (France, South Africa, Serbia, Hungary, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Italy).
